Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Webnua’s website and services. By booking a call or engaging us, you agree to them. [ Insert your registered company name and contact details. ]
1 · The service
Webnua provides done-for-you marketing for accountancy practices, which may include a website, Google Business Profile and local SEO, review generation, enquiry follow-up, content, a client portal and monthly reporting. The exact scope is agreed with you before we begin.
2 · Fees, billing & the free call
The Practice Visibility Call is free and carries no obligation. Where you engage us for ongoing services, fees and billing terms are set out in your engagement. Services are month-to-month with no fixed-term contract; either party may end the engagement as described below.
3 · Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for approving content before it publishes, and for ensuring anything published under your firm’s name meets the standards of your professional regulator. You retain final sign-off on all published material.
4 · Approvals & compliance
Nothing publishes without your approval. Reviews are gathered by asking clients directly and are never gated or filtered, consistent with Google and UK CMA guidance. See our Compliance & Disclosures page.
5 · Ownership of assets
Assets we build under your firm’s brand, your website content and materials created specifically for you, are yours. Underlying platforms, tools and templates we use to deliver the service remain ours.
6 · No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Figures, projections and examples on this site, including the Value Calculator and case studies, are illustrative and not a guarantee of specific results.
7 · Cancellation
Because the engagement is month-to-month, you may cancel with notice as set out in your engagement. On cancellation you keep the assets built for you as described in section 5.
8 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email hello@webnua.com.
