The whole thing, in one login

No agency portal you never open. We are building one screen that will show every enquiry, every review, everything waiting on you, and whether the whole thing is actually working, checked in about two minutes on a Monday. This page shows what is coming.

Roadmap

Honest note: the client portal is not live yet. It is in active development and will roll out to Webnua practices once it meets our bar. Everything below describes what we are building, not what ships today. The rest of the platform is live now.

Why most agency portals go unopened

A dashboard nobody opens is a report nobody reads

Most are built to display effort: impressions, sessions, bounce rate. Ours is being built around one question you actually have: is there anything I need to do, and is this working?

One
login instead of five different systems and passwords
Actions
what needs you, at the top, before any of the numbers
Plain
no impressions, no sessions, no acronyms to decode
2 min

What it will put in front of you

Four things you would otherwise chase somebody for

Every enquiry, and what brought them

Name, number, what they asked for, and the pages they read before they filled the form. You will walk into the call already knowing they were looking at company setup.

Approvals in one tap, not one meeting

Review replies and guides will queue up in one list with everything you need to judge them. Approve, or type a line back. This is the part designed to keep the whole system moving.

Site changes without an invoice or a wait

Fees changed, a partner joined, you want a service page rewritten: you will ask in the portal and watch it move through received, in progress, live. The aim is same-day, with no quote and no change-request form.

One honest answer on whether it is working

Enquiries, rating, map position, this month against last. Four numbers, in plain English, with a line explaining any that moved, including the ones that moved the wrong way.

Thanks Sinéad, delighted it is behind you. Anything at all next year, you know where we are.

Response time slipped in January. Worth a look, it is the number most tied to whether an enquiry converts.
The Monday morning view

One screen. Everything. No hunting.

Actions first, numbers second, and a written line on anything that moved, so you will never have to interpret a chart. Here is a concept preview you can click through.

You moved from #4 to #2 for “accountant Kilkenny” after six new reviews landed. That is where the extra four enquiries came from.

Why we are building it

The one dashboard practices keep asking us for

MC

Our last agency sent a twelve-page PDF I never read. What I want is three taps on a Monday that tell me exactly where we stand.

A four-partner practice, Midlands
AD

If I could see which pages someone read before enquiring, it would change how I open the call. I would already know what they want.

A sole practitioner, Leinster
GR

Asking for a website change today means an email, a quote and a fortnight. What we are asking Webnua for is to type it in and have it done by the afternoon.

Curious about the portal?

Take a look at our FAQs to learn more.

Not yet. The client portal is in active development and is not live. This page shows what we are building and how it will fit the rest of the platform, which is live today. We will roll the portal out to Webnua practices once it meets our bar.

There will be nothing to learn. It is one page with a list of things needing you and four numbers. If it needed training we would have built it wrong, and everything important will also arrive by email, so you can ignore it entirely if you prefer.

No, and deliberately. It is designed to handle everything up to the point somebody becomes a client; your practice software handles everything after. No client data, no returns, no files will ever touch it. Enquiries will export to CSV if you want them elsewhere.

You will decide per person. Reception typically gets the enquiry list only; a practice manager gets everything except approvals; partners get the lot. You will add and remove people yourself, as many as you like, at no extra cost.

You will export everything, every enquiry, every report, and keep it. Your Google Business Profile, your domain and your reviews were always yours and stay in your accounts. We will not hold anything hostage.

Yes. Enquiries, approvals and the monthly report will all arrive by email, and you will be able to approve straight from the email without logging in. The portal is there for when you want the full picture.
