The Webnua Platform

Seven parts, one system, one login

Most practices buy this in pieces — a web designer, an SEO contractor, a review tool, a CRM, someone for the blog. Five suppliers, five invoices, and nobody who can answer the only question that matters: is it working?

What it replaces

The five-supplier problem

This is what a practice usually ends up paying for, and why none of it compounds.

Bought separatelyTypical monthlyThe gap it leaves
Web designer€150–€400Builds it, then bills hourly for every edit
SEO contractor€400–€900Reports impressions, never enquiries
Review software€60–€150Sends the request; nobody replies to the reviews
CRM & follow-up tool€80–€200Someone in the office has to actually run it
Copywriter for the blog€200–€600Writes what sounds nice, not what gets searched
All seven, one teamOne feeOne report that ties every part to enquiries

The saving is real, but it is not the point. The point is that the parts talk to each other: the content answers the searches the SEO targets, the reviews feed the map position, and the follow-up catches what the site brings in.

End to end

One prospect, five stages, seven parts doing the work

Follow a business owner from the moment they start looking to the month you see it in a report.

01

They start looking

A phone, a Tuesday evening, “accountant near me”. Three firms appear on a map with a star rating beside each. That is the entire shortlist, and it is decided in about four seconds.

Local SEOGoogle profileReviews
02

They check you out

They read the recent reviews, then open your site and give it about eight seconds. Fees, plain English, a face, a next step — or they are gone, and you never know they were there.

WebsiteReviewsContent
03

They make contact

A call, a form, or the chat widget at ten past nine at night. Whichever it is, it lands in one place with the search that brought them, so nothing sits in a shared inbox over a weekend.

Lead captureCall trackingBooking
04

They get followed up

Inside five minutes they have a reply, and if they go quiet the sequence keeps going without anyone remembering to do it. Most enquiries are lost here, not at the ranking.

Follow-upPortal
05

You become a client, and they become a review

They sign, they are asked for a review at the right moment, and that review lifts the map position that started the whole thing. Then it shows up in one plain-English report at the end of the month.

What each one actually does

Every part has its own page with the full detail. This is the short version.

01 · Website

A site built to win the call, not to look nice

Eight seconds to answer one question: are these people safe to hand my books to? Fees stated, plain English, a real face, one obvious next step.

07 · Growth reporting

One report, in plain English

Enquiries, calls, position, reviews — and the honest read on what moved and what did not. Including the months it went backwards.

Novemberneeds attention

Enquiries fell to 9 while every marketing number improved. Five callers got voicemail; two are now clients of the firm on Patrick Street.

Why it has to be one system

Separately, these are seven expenses. Together, they compound.

A review lifts the map position. A better position brings more enquiries. Faster follow-up converts more of them. More clients means more reviews. That loop is the entire product — and it only closes when one team runs every part of it.

Step 1
A happy client leaves a review
Step 2
Your map position rises
Step 3
More enquiries arrive, and get answered in minutes
Step 4
More clients — back to step one
How it gets delivered

Ninety minutes of your time, total

Everything else is on us. Here is exactly where your time goes.

Week 1
Discovery call
60 minutes of your time

One call about the practice — your fees, your specialisms, the towns you serve, the clients you want more of and the ones you do not. Everything after this is built from that conversation.

Weeks 1–3
We build
none of your time

Site written and built, Google profile rebuilt, review flow connected, follow-up sequences written, first articles drafted, tracking installed. You hear from us when there is something to look at.

Week 3
One review, then live
30 minutes of your time

You walk the site before it goes live and tell us what is wrong. We fix it the same day. Then everything switches on together, because the parts only work as a set.

Every month after
Twenty minutes
from your phone

Approve the month's article and the review replies, read the report. If you have more time than that we will use it well — but nothing stalls because you were busy in filing season.

Questions about the platform

Including the ones we get asked on every call.

No, and that is deliberate rather than commercial. A site with nothing driving traffic to it does nothing. Rankings that land on a site nobody trusts do nothing. Enquiries that nobody follows up do nothing. Every practice that has asked us to do one piece would have wasted the fee, so we stopped offering it.

Then we will tell you honestly on the audit. If it loads fast, states fees and converts, we will keep it and plug the rest of the system into it. More often it looks fine to the owner and takes six seconds to load on a phone, which is a different conversation.

Your domain stays in your name and your Google Business Profile stays your property — we never take control of either, and your client data is yours. The site itself works differently: it is built and runs on the Webnua platform, the way a shop runs on Shopify. It is not a folder of files we hand over, and it cannot be lifted onto other hosting. That trade is precisely what pays for the rest — no setup fee, no separate hosting bill, no hourly charge for edits, and one team responsible when something breaks at nine on a Sunday.

Then you stop it, and you keep the site. It stays live and maintained on a small hosting and upkeep fee — and we will not charge you more for that than a hosting company would. Plenty of practices dial the marketing down during a busy filing season and pick it back up in the spring. Nothing gets switched off out of spite.

The machinery is standardised — that is why it is affordable and why it works. What it says is not: your fees, your specialisms, your towns, your clients' actual questions. Two practices in different counties end up visibly different sites on the same engine.

Live in about three weeks. Reviews start landing in month one and are the fastest visible change. Map position typically moves in month two or three, and about ninety days in is when most practices say the enquiries feel different. Anyone promising faster is selling you something.

There is no twelve-month tie-in — it is monthly, free to walk away from in your first thirty days and thirty days' notice after that. And if three months pass with no movement in position, enquiries or reviews, we will say so in the report and tell you to stop paying us. We would rather lose the fee than have you tell another accountant it did nothing.
